You missed my point completely; a railroad that actually moves freight traffic....regardless what part of the state it is located in...takes a backseat to some backwoods shoestring operation that doesn't stand a chance of succeeding yet wastes a million dollars of public money that could be more wisely invested on a fancy depot that has no passengers or a competent operator.
Fortunately, the OPR is a well run profitable operation that has a good working relationship with our bankers and is able to fund maintenance requirements without sucking the public tit.
