I got your point the first time - if you hadn't made the ill-informed remark about Salem I wouldn't have said anything at all. Your ill-informed remark pointed out that you didn't really understand how Connect works. Too bad there were not any good rail projects proposed in that region since the money is distributed by region and by mode within the region.

You'll never get any Connect dollars in Region 1 as long as BNSF is at the table, and they will be.
