For Mook: The trackage to South Vallejo last served a General Mills cereal plant which closed a few years ago. I don't think there's any other business down there at all. There is (or was, haven't been there in about 20 years) a fair-sized yard at South Vallejo with really light rail. No railroad structures remain, but there are one or two obigatory palm trees. This was the original terminus of the California Pacific, from whence the term "Cal-P" derives.
