Now we're on to the vast evil secret SMART conspiracy?
It just gets better when everything, anybody proposes, or does, ever, just always sucks?
No rational reasons are even necessary to hate the evil SMART, right? Which Carol can at least knowingly cite in legitimately criticizing many of VTA's more infamous missteps, right? Ah, you don't even have to think too hard, either. Because with SMART, it's all just the vast conspiracy to do ultimate evil, by using those evil trains to haul people and/or freight, right?
What about evil Metrolink, or evil Caltrain, or that ultimate evil Amtrak, or those awful evil "corporate" owned freight railroads that conspire with the @#$%& himself to ship evil materialistic goods to all of us? Can they be stopped before it is too late?
And, who'd guess that some of these stupid train people on this site are biased toward trains? They probaly just don't understand the true nature of these evil plots, do they?
If we could just stop all these awful evil trains, we'd automatically live in a world of true perfection and joy, right?
So what is the alternative "know it all" solution for traffic on the 101 corridor and growth in the North Bay, since SMART sucks, too?
Remember the proper mantra for tonights evil rail conspiracies rant: All Trains Suck and Are Bad-Evil Thomas must be stopped!
