Maybe that explains why BNSF over the years has kept ATK close o on time to get that annual performance bonus which was capped at $25 million per year. Since SP and then UP decided that $25 mil was petty cash and they could make more bucks running their freight on time and screw ATK, that's what they did, up until AUgust of '08 when they got busted in court and with the economic downturn coinciding, magically the Coast Starlate which regularly ran 2-6 hours late, now arrives in Salinas early (#11) !! amazing. :-)
