#19 (which I got about a year ago - apparently #20 was sold out by then), as David said, covers the Whole Subdivision ... Sparks to Roseville. As he describes it, the Central West timetable OVERLAPS the California timetable a bit. So if you're west of Sparks just get the CA book, and if you want current Amtrak times you need to look them up at their web site anyway (Amtrak issues new timetables at least twice a year). The AP timetable gives you the actual locations on the railroad of the various stations, and a 2008 Amtrak timetable for general reference. Handy little maps too - those plus some USGS and Google provide good railfoaming fodder.
