Agreed if you're comparing to say an SD-40 but still if you compare the 6936 reworked nose with
the unreworked units you can see that there's quite a bit of difference. You're right, there's tons of room up there and it wouldn't have been to hard to add additional material to begin with
but that being said I don't think it would have stopped the dump truck load coming through the
windshield.
