The crew is presently riding on 4000+ gallons of diesel, the CNG/LNG "tender" could be foam celled
to reduce outflow rates in the case of rupture. I do understand your point, a buddy of mine was
the conductor on the Santa Fe train that spotted the LPG tankers in Kingman that went up. There
would definitely be some imrovements in the containment done before you'd see widespread use.
