What is FREEKIN amazing is that so many brainless power mongering politicians have jumped on this bandwagon. But I guess they think this grand-mal-snow-job called "man-made global warming" appeals to enough lefties that it could tip an election their way.

Even more freekin amazing is that so many supposedly educated elitist snobs buy this obvious bull. And no! the scientific community DOES NOT AGREE with you. The last poll I read about in "Smithsonian Magazine" pegged the number at 17% of practicing scientists that believe mankind may have anything to do with global warming. In fact, there is convincing evidence in the "geological Record" that the warming of the planet causes increased atmospheric CO2 - leading the CO2 by about 80 years - NOT the other way around, as Al Gore claimed.

Yes - Global warming is a demonstrable scientific fact, but that man made CO2 (or even natural CO2 for that matter) is the cause of it is beyond silly (only politicians have been saying that). It has no such physical property - not even close.

Some inert gases do exhibit a slight resistive or insulative effect on solar radiation when sealed up in very pure form - such as in a "Low-E" window pane. But even there, it resists or transmits energy equally in both directions - so much for the greenhouse theory of trapping heat; which was absolutely proven false over fifty years ago!

Yes - even sillier is continued belief by unscientific laymen in this proven to be false greenhouse theory in the first place, which the scientific community thoroughly debunked and disproved before Al Gore ever even wiped his own butt.

So what's going to happen - after you psuedo-educated elitists give away our liberties to power greedy politicians; in return for "saving the planet". The real "Inconvenient Truth" is that the notion of a big powerful nearly omnipotent mankind that even could save the planet from anything at all, borders on insanity itself - even the insanity called a "Messiah Complex".

That any politician has or will ever fix a damn thing is even nuttier. When you wake up to this millenial hoax, what will you have to do to get your liberties back? You probably couldn't - what then! George Orwell was probably right on!

Reality is. global warming exists now (has for at least the last 500 years); just as has global cooling in the past. Just as both will again, and again, in the future.
Will it cause the sea level to rise this time. It has in the past.
Will the tundra melt in tropical like heat. It was a lush haven before.
Will our low lying cities be flooded. Some so-called scientists are still looking for Atlantis
Will we have to adapt or die. We will have to anyway! Come hell or high water!
Will any of this happen soon. Geological Time is measured in centuries and millenia - not in political terms of office.

We will adapt - soon enough. In the meantime, I for one, am tired of the mindless hysteria more befitting baboons than mankind. It does not justify any of what these idiot politicans are doing. Actually, there is nothing between God's hot sun and the cold hinges of hell could justify any of it!
