Just an observation but it's good to see them reusing ties and the 136#. Many of the small towns
along the UP main in the Midwest are losing their team/house tracks because it's in the $8M range
to upgrade a siding. You've got the mainline cut-ins, signals, ties and rail and the UP might
share costs but in most cases the shipper is expected to pay the bulk of the upgrade. Anymore it's
cheaper to truck the grain a few miles to a bigger elevator.
