Again, to clarify, the original legacy NWP mainline made up of ex=relay ribbon rail starting in two weeks, will be shoved and pulled over to the now torn up siding made of of 75 and 90 pd. stick rail. SMART will come through and lay concrete ties and 115 lb. ribbon rail from Colorado on the former mainline of the NWP.. Also, the ag. business is strong in M<arin and Sonoma County because of strict zoning laws and tax breaks that will; keep framers, growers, cattle and milk producers in business for a long time. Over two thirds of Marin is open space and under developed and about half o Sonoma who are very much against urban sprawl.
