There's still a little bit of track left on the old Fair Oaks Branch in Rancho Cordova, near Folsom and Sunrise Boulevards. How far north did the tracks used to run? What business(es) did the line serve? About a mile north of Sunrise sits a Bel Air supermarket and shopping complex . . . but it doesn't have that "once served by rail" look about it.
