Brian's bike trail wouldn't have a flagged crossing, subjecting riders to more danger than they would by riding parallel to the road as they currently do in the bike lane. Drivers making a right into the KOA can easily check for cyclists in the bike lane but far less so for those on the railroad grade. Brian doesn't seem to have figured out how this grade crossing thing is going to work out safely as vehicle traffic will stop for a train because it will run their ass over, but a bike bouncing off your door won't.
