That classic

I saw one when I doing radio support for the Dipsea run in Mill Valley, Ca, there was a CHP officer doing traffic control for the runners. When I had a chance to talk to him he seems to be a cool person. While I was standing there, this bicycle person was command to stop and let the runner by. He ignored the officer and rode down the road. The officer got on his radio and made a call. I don’t what happen after that, if the bikee ran into the officer down the hill, I think he would be eating a ticket
