What does this video have to do with needing a bike trail and almost getting killed???

We have a wonderful "Bike Trail" on major parts of Lake Tahoe's circumference highways. Does this stop the bike riders from biking on the highway? NO! Crowded, narrow (in places) highway 89 and 28 are still sharing the road with MANY bikes, even when there is a paved trail less than 20 feet away.

Serious and semi serious bikers want to go faster than they often can on a bike trail that is shared with others.
