I don't know the neighborhood but from the picture it looks mainly residential. A museum could be considered a business and require zoning variances, planning commission hearings and other red tape Hope there's not a lot of people nearby objecting to adding another track and complaining about increased traffic and noise. I hope the equipment they plan to display is clean and fully restored not something that needs a lot of work and doesn't look attractive. That could lead to NIMBY lawsuits
