Ken,

The move of the GGRM equipment has already been discussed with UP and the equipment will move as freight. The RTC has already made an offer covering the lease rate and terms. All that needs to be discussed now is the new location for the display tracks. The RTC and the City of Santa Cruz are very receptive to the relocation of the GGRM to Santa Cruz. They have made if clear they will find a way to make it happen.
