Heard a story back in the late 80's where a gang members body was found next to the row in Van Nuys he had been shot and his body dumped
The local cops had SP stop all traffic so they could take hours and hours to investigate
A disgruntled soon to be retired Dispatcher told all trains in the area to call him on the side phone (one that is not recorded)
What he did was have about 6 trains block as many crossings as possible, in effect cutting the cities of Van Nuys and Chatsworth in half for over an hour, many phone calls were made and finally the cops allowed the trains to be walked pasted the incident.
