Thats right, RIDICULOUS! 16 trains a day....certainly not from the start! And no one those how far down the road. Instead of using the lower figure of two or three trains a week of six to ten cars, SMART strikes the fear of G-D into everyone by stating 16, 40 to 50 car trains a night will move through Novato. Anyone can pick through an EIR and find something to find fault with.
The problem is that the critics didn't ask the questions, like, how soon 16 trains a day might happen and just excepted the figure.
