as it stands now, there is no conflict between UP and CT, UP is
not allowed out on the mainline during the commute, the mission bay
and the broadway, both operate after
the evening commute, and the dirty
dirt operates in the early afternoon
in between the regular commuters, while the ssf switcher when it has
to operate to the city, does so in
between the regular commuters, basically, the only regular traffic
that the ssf switcher has, is granite rock, which is handeled thru
a lead directly from the ssf yard,
and does not involve the mainline at all
