I've a timetable handy and see that YBI was a regular station stop for the A and F lines. No stop for B-C-E. This was for the 1957 edition of the timetable.

Riding the F line the train always stopped at YBI. I'd hear the communicating signal while sitting next to the cab (always sounded upon the home TC signal west of San Pablo) and I'd have heard it if the conductor was to make a flag stop at the island. But it was a regular stop. At all stops, the motorman got a highball from a pilot light when doors closed.
