What you are seeing is the "Out Of Correspondence" indication caused by Metrolink 111, which was on the main track, after it failed to stop at the governing signal and ran through the switch at the west end of the Chatsworth siding. Depending upon the manufacturer, this alert typically appears as a flashing red or yellow banner on the dispatcher's screen, and locks out all other functions until he addresses it.

Because the Metrolink train had not yet passed the signal at the west end of Chatsworth, the last signal passed by the UP train indicated it would be lined into the siding, and was operating accordingly.
