Hi Clem:

BOB2 can certainly speak for himself, and I'm sure he will do so.

What I take issue with is the ballooning costs and delays (below is an example article from today's Los Angeles Times) and the opportunity cost of investing in this project. With respect to the opportunity cost, there are so many other transit projects in California that we could've funded with even some of this money.

I'm also skeptical that this project can compete against Southwest.
