Sure helps when one of your investors is a US Republican Senator and former governor, you already own the ROW, you don't have to worry about prop1 and can run ghost trains for years wherever you want, only require diesel trains running at 80 mph, don't have cap&trade clean air requirements, and on and on and on......
The rest of the world is just dying of envy.
