Makes a lot of sense but most of the casino traffic is in the evening apart from seniors. I have tried to point out that SMART's commute focus is a mistake. And the casino business is recession resistant.

Another regional mistake is the pricey Doyle Drive rebuild with no provision for a rail ROW, as far as I know. Where's the vision and the leadership? All these machine hacks want to do is move on up the political ladder. You would think one of the GG Bridge directors would at least bring up the issue of a rail connection.
