VCRR is falling apart really bad.

Me and my wife walked the VCRR in Oxnard the other day and that RR line is falling into great despair. We found between Oxnard blvd and Channel Islands Blvd, Tie plates and spikes gone and falling out of the track's rails. Is that from heavy locomotives and tri levels
loaded with BMW's and other vehicles causing that?

A big 6 car derailment happened a few months ago past wooley road by the UP shoving cars past that crossing and spit a switch and came back through and rolled over 6 tri levels on there sides and on the ground. Very terrible conditions exist. Does the FRA do anything anymore allowing commerce to be put in jeopardy?
