Pardon my total ignorance, but wouldn't 25kv ac create a decent magnetic field that could cause problems if it were on the ground?

I am thinking if room temperature superconductivity ever pans out it will benefit ocs because catenary could better handle the enhanced current levels. That's assuming that maglev technology wouldn't be revolutionized.
