I agree.
In the case of the Rialto incident (unlike the Chatsworth incident), I can only rely on second-hand information from people who are closely familiar with it. If they are wrong, I have a hard time checking the facts. But if I do indeed find an error, I try to correct my mistake. I'll do that in this case, too, should it become necessary.
