This issue is/may be a red herring- possibly designed to slow down the process-while the California Legislature tries to figure out what to do with the "runaway money train" called CHSRA-- After Tuesday's hearings on High Speed Rail by Senate Transportation in Sacramento--maybe a Special Counsel or an Inspector General? See the rebroadcast of this bizarre Hearing performance on the California State Legislative Website---to be rebroadcast tomorrow morning at 10:30 am.

The public rightly supports the concept of a world class rail passenger system for California--but this agency is clearly in need of adult supervision.....
