OK, this is hearsay: I have been told that roadwork being done in Petaluma by the city is holding up any further trackwork. The line has been cut somewhere and no work train can operate until it is restored by the city's contractor. There may also be some bridge work still to be done. After that the FRA must inspect the line and certify it for operation. Any corrections or clarifications of this would be appreciated.
