Mike, I came very close to being a shortline owner, I know dollars and sense. I also work for a
company who sells to everyone you mention so I've got access to our current business levels. I wish the enterprise nothing but good luck and my only comment has been that the money could have
been better spent by the state in other areas more capable of generating jobs and rail traffic.
I'll close by saying that optimism on it's own doesn't pay the bills.
