Care to elaborate on how "Stack routes" had something to do with the accident? The "stack command" is held in the dispatchers Digicon computer and not sent to the Control point until the first request(s) is/are completed.
The Vital Logic controller at the Control point was showing a Red signal and the switch was lined against the train and Sanchez ran thought it. He was not paying attention as he did not call the yellow and then did not call the RED and then ran, again, the RED signal as he was busy text messaging with the "kids". All the test of the logic controller and the controllers log files show the red signal indication.
It also clear form the report you could not see the signal at CP Topanga anyways. What's interesting is the tree on west (north) end of the platform that was cut back very recently in the NTSB pictures from the cab of the test train. So I bet it was blocking the view up the track on the day and the days before the accident.
I think we've been over this before.
