Hear hear!!

As a "foreigner" myself, I get asked at the US Customs office if I'm doing anything to further my business while in the USA. Now, I'm corn-fed, white-bread, and someone's afraid that I'm trying to get my foot in the door and take away jobs from Americans?

I see it all the time up in Canada, but it's the exact opposite of what you'd expect. Americans who are desperate and willing to do decent work ARE working under-the-table in Canada, and stealing jobs illegaly from Canadians. I understand that the economy over the years has been less than fruitful to a lot of people, and some families are desperate to at least have the basics that I believe every person on the planet should have. I don't however believe that anyone should work where they are not allowed to work, and all the jobs that nobody wants? I say the teens should put on some gumboots and pick up a shovel, and finally realize what it takes to MAKE a buck and EARN a living. Then we would all know that this planet's not going to s**t when we're too old to do something about it ourselves.
