Command Center ??? Well that explains the mineral brown paint; must be M of W of some sort. The caboose could be ex-Santa Fe class Ce-6, built by the same International Car, in the same time period, that many BN cabeese were.
The darker shade of mineral brown paint is being used by BNSF on M of W equipment, including at least 2 SnoDozers here in WA. state. Thanks for the photo.
