Richmond Pacific today

I decided to check out scenic Richmond, CA today, and observed that the Richmond Pacific now has three of those CEFX-owned things-that-look-like-a-genset-but-aren't on the property: the 1510, plus two more with 2000-series numbers (sorry, didn't catch the exact numbers). I also saw three of the EMDs--1195 and 4449 were inside the fence, and 2285 was parked in the middle of the street in front of the Parr Terminal offices. Didn't see the 1268 anywhere. Anybody know the status of the CEFX units (demos, loaners, leasers?), and the future prospects for the EMDs? I'd hate to see those Gyralite-equipped units disappear.
At a grade crossing on South Harbour Way was a sign that said, "San Francisco Bay Railroad Richmond yard." Is SFBR the operator for the new Honda facility? A previous post sounded like the operator was using a BNSF unit (making it a non-entity, photographically speaking). Anybody know if SFBR might be getting it's own power?
