From what I understand, the San Francisco Bay RR operates the pier south of Hunter's Point with the two ex SF Belt units and some trackage on Mare Island with a borrowed CFNR GP15. They are not the ones using the leased BNSF genset. That operation is called Nor-Cal Switching Service or some such name. Again, that's what I've been led to believe.

Hopefully I'll be getting down to Richmond for shots of those bluebirds shortly. :)
