What's the wooden trestle on the left next to Ruston Way, just above the farthest box cars in the 1968 photo?

I'm guessing the two cars are CB&Q. The railroad name on the car is too short to say "Northern Pacific" or "Great Northern". I'll bet it says, "Burlington".
