Digital will NOT betray you.

If your reason against digital is based solely on storage issues, viruses, lost files, etc. then you are behind the times in terms of technology and indeed you are better off sticking with film until someone can show you more about computers/technology. I do not mean to sound insulting or anything, but seriously, an external hard drive with 2 terabytes of space goes for less than $100 these days. Factor in the ease of burning to dvds (each of which can hold a thousand images easily and cost about the same price as a roll of film apparently...) and there simply is no way anyone with even the slightest knowledge of technology would ever argue old school film is safer/a better way to store your shots.

Having said that, I am too young to have even have seen a dark room, so anyone who prefers film for developing, image quality, etc. is clearly far more knowledgeable on it than me.
