As with many of Mr. Speaker's rants, this one was a tall tale. Didn't happen. I did some detective work (including communication with Mr. Speaker himself) and found that the whole story was slightly exaggerated. He was threatened with arrest if he did not leave the tunnel construction area. No citation, no BNSF cops.

A no brainer, imho.

But consider the source.

His recent rants have also been (thankfully) deleted from another popular internet site.
