See--Pages 9a and pages 21 to 22. The details were also announced yesterday in open session of the regular North Coast Rail Authority meeting in Novato yesterday. The current NWP operator, John Williams would retain his operating rights on the Eureka portion of the railroad and along with NCRA receive the origination and receiving end of the revenu if such a scenario were come to fruition. This move would lead the "Friends of the Eel" essentially up a creek without a paddle."
