It is indeed; the Tucumcari-Amarillo segment of the ROW is also very much in evidence (although some sections have been obliterated due to farming/ranching activity). The entire line was mostly abandoned after "The Rock" closed down for good in the early '80s; some of the RI trackage in the Amarillo area was taken over by BN and/or ATSF to connect with shippers who wanted to maintain rail service (and provided enough traffic to make maintaining that service worthwhile).
