Yet another story...

Somewhere below this post is the post regarding the big honking controversy about the 70' ROW.

Back when I was a cost engineer for the Rock, one of my "jobs" was to deliver meals to the TS&R gang. I put a whole bunch of sandwiches and coffee urns and etc in the trunk of my company car and off I went...

I ended up in the parking lot of a commercial enterprise whose property limits were well within the 70' ROW.

So, I found myself negotiating with the security guard for this commercial enterprise to ensure that the TS&R gang would not trash their property.
