Interest STB posting, decision 35331-0

DECISION DENIED A PETITION FILED BY SIERRA NORTHERN RAILWAY TO REVOKE ITS EXEMPTION TO LEASE AND OPERATE A LINE OF RAILROAD IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CAL., KNOWN AS THE SANTA CRUZ BRANCH LINE.

In light of the fact that the STB has denied Sierra Northern's claim to back out of their
operating agreement, be interesting to see what happens next.
