The way I understand it now is:

• When Sierra Northern was the common carrier the yard limits were at MP 3.3.
• While Union Pacific is the common carrier the yard limits sign is moot since the line is out of service past MP 3.3.
• When a new common carrier begins operation later this year the yard limits will again be at MP 3.3.
