YL from M.P. 0 to 3.3.

The sign is moot because UP does not have YL anywhere on that branch. Operation from Watsonville Jct. to as far as they go is by rules that cover operation on Other Than Main Track.

Maybe. It depends on what method of operation the use.

As an aside, back in SP days there were YL from Watsonville Jct. to M.P. 3.3, and on all three sides of Santa Cruz.
