This is excellent news. Those spurs next to the Apple Growers building have not been used since they were used to ice Southern Pacific refrigeration cars. Mike Hart will be kicking himself after he hears about this since he is in the same business (Sierra Energy).

Now if Calera Inc. could start making green cement at the shut down Cemex plant in Davenport the line could be profitable for one of the new prospective operators.
