The dock and union fees at LA or Long Beach would effectively rule out either port as a future
bulk export point, not to mention to miles involved. Guaymas itself would take an odd routing from
Powder River on the UP but it is doable and as Holly states, it's definitely on someone's mind. UP
Omaha has lotsa buzz around it at the moment, something's in the works.
