Your Tinfoil Hat is leaking radiation into your brain. I work for a living and people pay me for it. The check I received last night is just one difference between 45 years of professional experience and a delusional conspiracy theorist.
Have you read all 500 pages of the State Rail Plan and appendices, yet? Then explain to folks what is lacking and why it doesn't even meet the PRIIA requirement? Have you prepared comments on this grossly deficient document? Which agencies were utterly incompetent in there input to Caltrans? And, which section is the most incompetently prepared by Caltrans?
I doubt you've read it, that might take some real education in the subjects covered, not to mention the hard work of reading, and it's so much easier to @#$%& and whine based on delusional conspiracies by hidden secret forces.
Margaret and Doc offer reasonable facts and critiques and you don't Mouse. And, unfortunately this project has become a bad study in political "business as usual". HSR as currently conceived, fails to meet our most pressing travel demands, at significant unnecessary cost.
As I noted earlier, the bleating and blabbering of useless conspiracy theorist's and whiners will not change or stop this project, but maybe hard work will change it. Some hard work has already made some progress, and maybe more hard work can make further changes.
What was you major Mouse? What is your degree in? What is the education and experience that gives you your unique expertise and skill set on this subject? And, how many years of gainful employment do you have in this industry? Who employed you?
