Only partly right. One unit leaked. The other was shut down for maintenance. Same Mitsubishi pipes. SCE said they wanted to bring it back up at partial power. The Mitsubishi replacements are failing at full power. SCE keep NRC out of the replacement process by claiming that the replacement Mitsubishi unit were the same specs as the originals. Nothing to see here NRC, move on. Sounds like SCE wants to blame Mitsubishi for working from their specs. As an outsider I don't know who to believe.
