When you think about it, it makes the union safety concerns more important than ever. From a PR standpoint I wonder who takes the fall, certainly the GM has to go or removed from her duties for a period of time, Also the labor negotiation may change especially if the NTSB comes down on their safety practices.

I also find it interesting that the BART Board is holding an emergency meeting tomorrow.

Mind you I am not a rider or a union spokes man just an informed observer.
